Initial Meeting   JBR can join your project with the general contractor or draft a new contact with the home owner or business for framing or molding services. Our initial meeting will assess project goals, related costs, and determine the appropriate level of involvement for JBR.   Work Plan   JBR will provide a proposal and a quote based on blueprint plans provided by the contractor or project architect. After the contract is approved and signed, project time-line is set and the preliminary work can begin.   Framing   The framing phase begins with construction or demolition. After the space is ready, we put up framing, install windows and lay the sheetrock throughout the space. At this time, the project stops for pluming, electric work and air ducts to be installed.   Moldings and Tile   After pluming, electrical work and flooring are completed, our project resumes. We start with door installations and window trimming, and we finish with tile work for bathrooms and kitchens. We create delicate moldings around windows, doors and ceilings. The space is cleaned and prepared for painting.
